Independence Day

15th August, 2013

HUHC celebrated the Independence Day of the year 2013 with the children at its Literacy Camp at Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad. The Chief Guest for this event was Dr. Udita Tyagi (Mrs. India Worlwide 2011), a model turned Social Worker and Mr. Munishwar Gulathi, Technical Head (ABES EC). The National Flag was hosted by guests in presence of members of HUHC and motivational speeches were given to children to learn the lessons and meaning of life and also the importance of study. Children also took part in the event by performing acts like singing and dancing and a game was also played among them to cheer up the morale. The event was ended with distribution of sweets and stationary among children by the guests of the event and members of HUHC.

Food Donation

14th February, 2013

This event was organised on 17th Feb'13, at our first Literacy Camp, where food were distributed among the children of our camp. The member of the organization distributed cooked food and sweets and served among children. Around 100 children were given one time meal by the organization.

Cloth Donation

14th January, 2013

Like the previous year, this year also, HUHC celebrated the Children's Day with kids at our literacy camps. Clothes were collected from the students of ABES and from the nearby localities. People donated very generously for this proud work and more than 300 clothes were distributed among children and their parents at both the camps. The event was successful organised by members of HUHC on 14th November 2013 in presence of shri. Harendra Singh, a social worker, who came on this occasion to support us.

Blood Donation

10th February, 2013

Blood Donation was organised by HUHC on 10th Feb'13, jointly with YUVA, PFI in association with Rotary Club, Noida. The event was volunteered and organised by HUHC and YUVA together at Shipra Suncity, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. The members of both the organization and the residents of Shipra Suncity enthusiastically donated their blood, contributing their valuable part in saving lives of many. The event was organised under the theme of ‘A life can depend on a kind gesture from you’. The event was successfully completed with the kind support of Rotary Club, Noida.

Republic Day

26th January, 2013

The 64th Indian Republic Day was celebrated with all zest and enthusiasm in HUHC with its members and kids. This day was also special because HUHC was celebrating its first Republic Day with the kids of our Literacy Camp. Many students of our Literacy Camp performed at this occasion according to their capacity and in their full energy and excitement. The Indian National Flag was hosted by our chief guest Dr. Devendra Prasad, District Counsellor and the President of HUHC. The event was followed by the speech of various dignitaries along with the motivational speech given by the members of the organization. A Nukkad Natak was also organised by the members demonstrating the bad conditions of life of children at slums and unwillingness of their parents in sending them (their children) to schools. The event ended with sweets and chocolates distribution among the children.

Cloth Donation

14th November, 2012

Organization has been distributing clothes to people in slum on every Children's Day. The first such camp was organised on 14th Nov'12, where clothes were distributed to children and their parents at our Literacy Camp one (1). Hundreds of clothes were distributed among them. HUHC thanks for the cooperation and support given to the students of ABES, EC, who generously donated their clothes to HUHC for distribution.

Book Donation

15th August, 2012

HUHC has been distributing books and stationary, time to time among the children at our Literacy Camps. The first book donation camp was organised on the auspicious occasion of Independence Day i.e. 15th Aug'12. This event was organised successfully by the members of HUHC at the first Literacy Camp of ours, at Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad. Around hundreds of books and stationary were distributed to the children, and was in the presence of several dignitaries from the society and welfare associations.
